Reservation Policy for Cabins: Reservations require
a deposit for half of the amount in the form of a cashier’s check or
money order. Checks will be accepted only if they are received in a sufficient
amount of time to clear. Once a check clears your reservation will be confirmed.
There is a two day minimum on cabin rentals. Check in time is 3:00 pm and
check out time is at 11:00 am. Sorry, no exceptions.
Cancellations: Must be received two weeks prior
to arrival date in order to ensure a refund of half of your deposit.
Reservation Policy for RV & Camp Sites: Same
as above, however the two night minimum does not apply.
Campsite rules: No fireworks, no cutting or defacing of trees, fires must be contained in firepit. Please respect other guests on the property and residents of the Grassy Fork community whose values may be different from yours. Some activities (ask us) MUST be confined to your site.
All rates are subject to a 12.75% tax and final payments must be made by cashier’s check, traveler’s check or cash.

All riding is done on private property adjacent to the Cherokee National Forest.

Mountain Biking Big Creek Outdoors is situated in an area that is very unique. Residing in the boundaries of Cocke County, TN, which has an extensive mountain bike trail net-work traversing the Cherokee National Forest. These trails may be as short as the 2.3 mile Meadow Creek Mountain Trail and as long as the 100-mile Lemon Gap Trail. Biking is permitted in the Cherokee National Forest only on designated trails. A copy of the bicycle trail maps are provided to guests of Big Creek Outdoors. |
